1. Who we are

Tickerlane (tickerlane.news) is an independent editorial project run by Carlos German Perez, an individual based in Alessandria (AL), Italy. Contact: info@tickerlane.news.

The site is not a registered press publication under Italian Law 62/2001, as it does not meet the periodicity and revenue thresholds set by that legislation.

2. Nature of the service

Tickerlane publishes financial market news and data gathered from public sources, rewritten in summary form and translated into several languages. Quotes are supplied by third parties, may be delayed and are not official.

3. AI-generated content

News summaries and translations are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, as disclosed on the site under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). Every text passes an automated check that verifies numerical data against the original source and discards non-compliant output. Errors may still occur: readers are encouraged to consult the original source, credited and linked in every story.

5. Community rules

Users posting in the Community agree not to include insults, offensive or discriminatory content, third parties' personal data, promotional material, external links, trading instructions directed at other users, or unlawful content. Messages are automatically moderated and may be rejected or removed at any time without notice.

By posting, the author grants publication on the site and remains solely responsible for the content. Tickerlane does not endorse user-generated content.

6. Subscriptions

The basic newsletter is free and can be cancelled at any time. Any paid plan is governed by the terms shown at sign-up, renews automatically unless cancelled, and carries the right of withdrawal provided by EU consumer law for distance contracts.

7. Intellectual property

The Tickerlane name, logo, design and original text are protected by copyright. Headlines, summaries and images relating to third-party news remain the property of the respective publishers, who are always credited and linked. Publishers wishing to have their content removed may write to info@tickerlane.news; we will act without delay.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, lost profits or damages arising from decisions taken on the basis of published content.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. For disputes with non-consumer users the courts of Alessandria, Italy, have jurisdiction; consumers retain the jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
